Watercolor Class
I signed up for an online watercolor journaling class which started last week. It’s perfect for me because I don’t have the time to attend a workshop outside the house. We get our assignments through PDFs and videos, which is also cool because I can watch the videos while I paint and stop, rewind and replay anything I need to.
I’m going to be brave and share my assignments.
Both paintings are from photographs.

thanks for the link. I got out my watercolors and was just sitting here drawing a picture but got frustrated with the 2 shells & sand dollar I was trying to draw and gave up. I checked google reader and found your post! I love her website and work samples, beautiful!
Your pictures are lovely! I look forward to seeing more of your work.
Are these your paintings?! I’m impressed! I can’t wait to see more. I have seen your artistic ability in all the crafts you have done throughout the years. This is just one more area you will be able to express that talent.
Lorri, those are very pretty!
Laurie- did you see her video on how she painted a tulip. That pretty much sold me on her classes! I like having something definite to paint twice a week, along with the critique of my work.
I just visited your blog and fell in love with the picture of “Kissing the Face of God”. I searched it out and showed my husband. I think he’s getting it for me for Mother’s Day!
Mom- yes, those are mine. I’ve always wanted to learn to draw because Anthony is/was always drawing. Guess it runs in the family.
Thanks, Sandy!
Very well done. Thanks for sharing, I can’t wait to see more.
such beautiful writing! I found you via on the Catholic Mothers online group and am so glad I did!
Thanks for sharing

Thanks, Kristen, and welcome!
Wow! Those are great! You are blessed to be both artsy and craftsy. 🙂 I am only craftsy. Artsy is cooler!
